The San Giorgio Italia ETS Foundation operates on a non-profit basis in support of the most vulnerable members of society and for the promotion of the common good. Its activities assist the elderly, children, the sick, persons with disabilities, and families experiencing situations of hardship, even temporary ones. Alongside material and moral assistance, the Foundation promotes initiatives aimed at safeguarding human dignity, encouraging healthcare, and strengthening social support.
Particular attention is also devoted to the preservation and enhancement of cultural heritage, education, formation, and research through the organization of events, meetings, and initiatives that foster the human, spiritual, and cultural growth of communities.

Supporting the Mission of the Constantinian Order
The San Giorgio Italia Foundation operates in support of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George. Through its activities, the Foundation pursues the mission of supporting the aims of the Royal Commission for Italy of the Order, ensuring transparency toward the Italian authorities and the Grand Magistery in Madrid regarding all initiatives undertaken.
Working in close collaboration with the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George—an order of chivalry recognized by the Holy See and by the Italian State—the Foundation shares the commitment to glorify the Holy Cross, spread the Faith, and support the Roman Catholic Church in service to His Holiness the Supreme Pontiff.
