The eighth meeting – operational objectives – of the Constantinian Formation Course, organized by the Naples and Campania Delegation of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George, will take place on Thursday, 8 January 2026, at 6:30 p.m., in the meeting room (former refectory) of the Convent of San Pasquale a Chiaia, located at Piazza San Pasquale 12, Naples. The lecture will be delivered by the Delegate for Naples and Campania, Count Gianluigi Gaetani dell’Aquila d’Aragona of the Dukes of Laurenzana, Patrician of Naples, Knight of Justice.

The Constantinian Formation Course, dedicated to the history, religious spirit, and aims of the Order, is structured in eleven lectures and offers those approaching the Constantinian Order, as well as Postulants and current members, the opportunity to receive proper formation and to be “always ready to give an answer to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and reverence, keeping a clear conscience, so that, when you are maligned, those who slander your good conduct in Christ may be put to shame” (cf. 1 Peter 3:15–16).

The Course will conclude on 2 April 2026, shortly before the Pontifical Celebration of Saint George 2026—which will be celebrated in Naples on Saturday, 25 April—with a final lecture to be delivered by the Delegate for Naples and Campania, Count Gianluigi Gaetani dell’Aquila d’Aragona of the Dukes of Laurenzana, Patrician of Naples, Knight of Justice, who promoted this course to foster a deeper understanding of the Constantinian Order.

The Constantinian Formation Course is specifically dedicated to:

  • newly invested Knights who received their Investiture on 12 September 2025, during the Pontifical Mass in honour of Saint George as part of the International Constantinian Pilgrimage on the occasion of the Jubilee Year 2025;

  • Postulants who will receive Investiture in 2026;

  • and all those who wish to draw closer to the Order.

Participation in the Course is also recommended for all Knights and Dames already belonging to the Order, who may find within it reflections and information of interest and practical value.

  • On the Statutes, the conduct of Knights during celebrations, and the canonical framework of the Constantinian Order, delivered by Nob. Attorney Giovanni Carlo Parente Zamparelli, Knight of Jure Sanguinis, and Attorney Stefano d’Ambrosio, Knight of Merit with Silver Star;

  • On the theme “Chivalric Orders, Civil Protection, and Volunteering,” organized by Attorney Prof. Raffaele Strina, Knight of Merit, and delivered by Dr. Tommaso Di Ieso;

  • On the theme “The Knight: Chivalric and Honor Code, the Gentleman Today,” delivered by Nob. Attorney Giovanni Carlo Parente Zamparelli, Knight of Jure Sanguinis;

  • On the upcoming Christmas of Our Lord and on one of the great challenges of the West, the encounter with Islam, delivered by the Chief Chaplain of the Delegation, Fra Sergio Galdi d’Aragona, O.F.M., Chaplain of Justice.
