On Wednesday, February 26, 2025, the Catanzaro City Section of the Calabria Delegation of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George was busy delivering sweets, games and stuffed animals for boys and girls who live in situations of economic difficulty, at the Parish of San Pio X in via Broussard in Catanzaro. As on other occasions, the Parish Priest, Father Franco Isabello, with the help of the parishioners and the Catanzaro IX Scout Group, took care that what is donated is delivered to the families. “We are happy to be able to add a thought to the gift, which we believe can give rise, especially to the smallest among the unfortunate, to a smile of relief and hope for the future,” declared the Representative for the City of Catanzaro, Dr. Saverio Salerno, Knight of Merit, on the sidelines of the moment of sharing and solidarity.
The solidarity initiative was promoted by Carmine Napolitano, Knight of Office, who also coordinated the logistics, with the support of the Representative for the City of Catanzaro, Dr. Saverio Salerno, Knight of Merit, and with the collaboration of the External Relations Officer of the Delegation, Dr. Marika Biamonte, Dame of Merit, and the Knights of Merit Dr. Saverio Tripodi and Avv. Dario Gareri. In addition, volunteers Maurizio and Salvatore Leone were present to support the logistics, and the contribution of the Scouts Valeria Vespertini, Marilù Cuda and Gabriele Barberio was invaluable.
