The Delegation of the Autonomous Community of Valencia of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George, led by the Delegate, Francisco-Javier Fernández y Auñón, Knight of Merit, is organizing a charity lunch on Sunday, 27 September 2026 at 12:00 p.m., at Masía San Antonio in Benifaió, in support of the Hogar del Niño “San Vicente de Paúl” in San Salvador, a historic institution committed for almost 150 years to protecting and assisting orphaned children or children in particular need.
The initiative, carried out in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of El Salvador in the Kingdom of Spain, Banco Mediolanum, and the Principality of Andorra, is aimed in particular at raising funds for the renovation of a play area intended for the approximately 300 children hosted by the facility. The project once again demonstrates the commitment of the Constantinian Order to being concretely close to the most vulnerable and, in particular, to safeguarding children.
During the event, the President of the Commission for the Kingdom of Spain of the Constantinian Order, His Excellency Don Álvaro Zuleta de Reales y Ansaldo, Duke of Linares, Knight Grand Cross of Justice, Grandee of Spain, and the Ambassador of the Republic of El Salvador to Spain, His Excellency Julieta Anabella Machuca y Machuca, will present the support project for the reception center.
The proceeds from the fundraising event will help to continue ensuring that the children cared for receive protection, food, education, and adequate living conditions—at a time when civil society support and international solidarity take on special importance for the continuity and quality of the services provided.
Masía San Antonio de Benifaió is a well-known Valencian farm estate used for institutional events, celebrations, and philanthropic gala dinners. Its spacious gardens and historic halls provide a particularly suitable setting for fundraising initiatives, where the tradition of hospitality and Valencian cuisine blends with a spirit of solidarity.
The same farm estate hosted, on Sunday 30 November 2025, a previous charity lunch organized by the Delegation of the Autonomous Community of Valencia in support of the priestly vocations of the Interdiocesan Seminary of San Carlo and Sant’Ambrogio of Havana, Cuba.
