On the occasion of the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary which the Church celebrates on 8 December, the ancient National Day of the Two Sicilies, on the 130th anniversary of the death of the Servant of God Francis II of Bourbon, last King of the Two Sicilies, which occurs on 27 December, an event has been planned by the Royal Circle of Francis II of Bourbon.  (The Honorary President of the Royal Circle of Francis II of Bourbon is HRH Prince Pedro of Bourbon-Two Sicilies, Duke of Calabria, Count of Caserta, Head of the Royal House of Two Sicilies, Grand Master of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George.  This organization studies and commemorates the life, example and contributions of King Francis II, whom in 2020 Pope Francis named a Servant of God, the first step in the path to potential canonization.)  On Saturday 7 December 2024 at 7.00 pm, at the Church of Santa Brigida in via Santa Brigida in Naples, a charity concert will take place, with the theme A note for a smile: let’s support the kids of Aliter together.

The President of the Aliter Cooperativa Sociale (International Behavior Analysis Organization), Dr. Carmen Mosca, with the President of the Ad Astra Odv Committee, Dr. Giovanna Passariello, are pleased to announce this event, conceived and organized with the Royal Circle of Francis II of Bourbon (Circolo Francesco II di Borbone) and the Rotaract Napoli Posillipo, intended to create a supportive community alongside the most vulnerable, with a focus of the importance of inclusion.

Parents entrust their children to Aliter every day to help them grow together. Parents who are always next to their children. Not behind. Not forward. But close by to guide them and never inhibit them. To strengthen them and never punish them. To teach them and never repress them. Participating in the evening means helping Aliter, to offer autistic and intellectually disabled children new opportunities for growth, educational workshops, moments of socialization and free inclusive summer camps, helping them to develop their full potential.
