On Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., the Jubilee Pilgrimage of Hope of the Lombardy Delegation of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George took place at the Sanctuary of Santa Maria dei Miracoli at San Celso in Milan. It consisted of a meditation, a prayer for indulgence and personal meditation, and passage through the Jubilee Door. The celebration of Mass followed. The Constantinian pilgrims were led by the Delegate, Dr. Gilberto Spinardi, Knight Grand Cross of Merit, along Attorney Lorenzo Da Prà Galanti, Representative for Brescia, and Dr. Gianfranco Cicala, Representative for Pavia, both Knights of Merit with Silver Star. The pilgrims who were truly repentant, moved by a spirit of charity, by visiting the Jubilee church of Santa Maria dei Miracoli near San Celso were able to gain plenary indulgence, purified through the sacrament of penance and restored by Holy Communion, praying according to the intentions of the Supreme Pontiff.
The meditation led by the Delegation Chaplain, Monsignor Federico Gallo, Chaplain of Jure Sanguinis, explored the meaning of the Jubilee and the meaning of the Pilgrimage.
The celebration of Mass was presided over by the Chief Chaplain for Northern Italy, Father Fabio Fantoni, Chaplain Grand Cross of Jure Sanguinis, with concelebrants Monsignor Federico Gallo, Chaplain of Jure Sanguinis and Father Maurizio Ormas, Chaplain of Merit with Silver Star.
In addition, H.E. Ambassador Nob. Paolo dei Conti Borin (of the Counts Borin(, Knight Grand Cross of Justice, Lieutenant for Northern Italy, was present, representing the Order’s Royal Commission for Italy.
At the beginning of the Mass, the cloaks of Cristiano Finotto and Pasquale Alfano were blessed, and the mozzetta with the Constantinian insignia of Monsignor Gianpiero Rampin was blessed. They will be admitted to the Order with the Investiture Ceremony, which will take place on Friday 12 September 2025 at the Magistral Basilica of Santa Croce al Flaminio in Rome, presided over by the Grand Master H.R.H. Prince Pedro of Bourbon-Two Sicilies, Duke of Calabria, Count of Caserta, Head of the Royal House of the Two Sicilies and in the presence of Their Royal Highnesses Prince Jaime of Bourbon-Two Sicilies, Duke of Noto, Knight Grand Cross of Justice, Grand Prefect and President of the Royal Deputation, and Princes Juan, Pablo and Pedro of Bourbon-Two Sicilies.
